Majlinda Bufi: Expert Civil Engineer and Mayor of Roskovec

About

Majlinda is an experienced Civil Engineer but also holds a Master in Decentralization of local government & effects on the economic development of the country from the Agricultural University of Tirana. Her PhD consist in Assessment of Potentials in Regional Development (Identification and Evaluation of the Role of SME Clusters).

In the last decade she has been part of the Assembly of Albania as a deputy and currently holding the second mandate as The mayor of Roskovec Municipality.

Born in 1972, raised in Roskovec. Married and has two children. Studied in Tirana and consistently she has done lots of trainings in and out of the Albanian country.
